Attorney Dale Is so kind . Personally I have a trust issue with Attorneys because I have experienced many situations where I have been used just for my case money and given poor services However this guy ! ....There is no question that he is legit. My aunt referred me to him because she is a client and every since the day I contacted him he has always made sure that my questions were answered.

Once Brian took over my auto accident case everything happened extremely quick. He is a competent attorney, who was able to reduce my medical bills drastically, and close my case faster than I ever would have imagined. He was polite and patient, and had no problem answering any of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.

I'm sitting here watching yet another Dan Newlin commercial and feel the need to add my experience. I was in an auto accident 17 months ago where the other driver took out the entire passenger side of my car because he was driving recklessly in the rain. He caused a lot of damage to my car, city property, and 3 other cars. My car was hit so hard it was pushed into another lane. I have injuries to my neck and back. We called this office and was initially assigned to Cynthia Thomas who basically told me to just keep going to my doctor appointments but not to expect anything, she actually told me this accident would likely cost me money. I never heard from her again. The next I heard from that office was from paralegal Liza Serrano. She was my only contact for the remainder of my dealings with this company. She's experienced and did answer my calls and emails within a day or two. I never once spoke with the attorney she works with. They referred me to a doctor for a second opinion who went ahead and wrote things in his report I never said. I ended up with a menial settlement that covered co-pays for a short time but that's it. Now I have permanent neck and back pain that I just have to live with. Please, do some serious research before thinking that commercials and billboards actually represent typical results.

I was amazed how my slip and fall accident was treated by attorney Steven Tomesko. I chose the Newlin firm to represent me because of their reputation. I wasn't just a number.
