I got into a terrible car accident back in Dec 2015. I waited many long months for the other insurance company to budge. They would not help me or pay my medical bills. During the beginning of my case, it was a rocky road. Communication seemed to be an issue as the attorney assigned on my case did not reach out to me unless I called at least 3 times and left voice messages. Once my case went into the Litigation phase, the attorney Jason Herman, his Litigation Paralegal Marlene Zervos, and his team really changed my perspectives of Dan Newlin & Partners. They called me back within 48 hours or sent me an email answering any questions or concerns that I had. They helped prepare me for the deposition with the do's and don'ts. And when they said they were sending forms to me to have signed, they did so in a very timely manner.
