Mr. Dan Newlin: ​It’s been an absolute pleasure having met Kim Wise in person and the fact that she has been so extremely helpful in so many ways through this hard time I’d been having since the accident. ​Kim is very professional and not to mention polite. There are attorney’s who are just in it for personal satisfaction and gain and then there is Kim Wise who’s in it for the person(s). She’s very honest and most certainly her word means her word. I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault, but was grateful that I contacted an attorney and they were able to guide me through the entire process. My shoulder ended up requiring surgery, of which I am still recovering, but if it wasn't for my attorney Ryan Rhyce, I know that my insurance would have done the least amount possible. I also would like to mention that in the state of Florida, cover yourself from other people with your own insurance, because if you rely on the other person's, you may end up with bills you don't want. I was in an accident that left me with a totaled car & several injuries. I contacted Dan Newlin's office & Devin Topper was assigned my case. He has done a fantastic job for me. He is kind, friendly, & very professional. He helped make the situation I was in less traumatic. He was available to answer my questions any time day or night & always explained everything to me until I had a full understanding of what was going to take place. The insurance company tried to pull a few stunts & he handled them with a no nonsense attitude. This man even sent me flowers the day I had surgery.
