I was involved in a car accident on June 20, 2015 which was not my fault. Immediately after waking up after surgery I told my girlfriend to call a lawyer, she called Dan Newlin. She was directly connected to Mr. Newlin and He came to the hospital within hours accompanied by Dutch Anderson. They were not at all worried about my case, but my well-being as well as my girlfriends. Dutch was amazing in every sense of the word. He was always available and returned all calls and emails within the day. My case was settled in less than 10 months for nearly the entire policy. I gave Dutch 100% freedom to do anything he needed to do in my case. I simply sat back and he led the way. I cannot say enough about this firm and Dutch Anderson. I would call them in a heartbeat if I ever needed them. I recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney who actually cares and will work for you. I was in a 7 car pile up and somehow, Sandra Cook along with the rest of the team at Dan Newlin was able to turn a negative into not only a positive, but an experience where I HAVE to leave a review. Initially after the accident I signed with Morgan & Morgan, but could not shake the feeling that I had not done enough research on my representation.
