During the beginning of my case, it was a rocky road. Communication seemed to be an issue as the attorney assigned on my case did not reach out to me unless I called at least 3 times and left voice messages. Once my case went into the Litigation phase, the attorney Jason Herman, his Litigation Paralegal Marlene Zervos, and his team really changed my perspectives of Dan Newlin & Partners. They called me back within 48 hours or sent me an email answering any questions or concerns that I had. They helped prepare me for the deposition with the do's and don'ts. And when they said they were sending forms to me to have signed, they did so in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with this team and I would recommend Jason and his team to anyone who may need legal assistance. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, understanding, and taking the time to explain the legalities of all of this.

Attorney Ted Edwards after taking over our case has done an amazing job of communicating and explaining every detail of our case to us. He made himself a readily available anytime to answer an questions we had, and also provided status updates on a consistent basis. Anytime I would call or email, he would reply almost immediately.
