Liza Serrano was by far the best Paralegal on handling my case! She assist me with my accident and made sure I got the right amount for my settlement. My then three year old son and I were involved in an accident. I called Dan Newlin's office the day after the accident. Thomas Sherod was assigned to our case from the office. Our situation was precarious, and we had so much going on. The kindest, patience, and willingness to do whatever he could to help us during the entire case that Mr Sherod displayed was above and beyond the call of duty I expected. The timeliness of a response and getting the case set up initially was so quick and smooth. Any questions I had were always answered quickly and easily. We had a wonderful experience with the office from what was a very dark moment in our lives, and I am forever grateful and glad that I called Dan Newlin's office after our accident.
