I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended with myself & my boyfriend as the passenger. My boyfriend knew right from the get-go to call Dan Newlins office from previous word of mouth i do believe. Regardless it was the best decision he could have made. We were unknowingly blessed to have Mr. Todd Gretton represent us both for our cases. I can speak for both of us when I say we were very pleased with the way Mr Gretton handled our case from the beginning. He knew I was very nervous, apprehensive & full of worries & fears; as a woman thats what I do. Aside from that I had suffered a severe concussion & he remained very informative on a level that we both could understand. As he worked very diligently on our case and fought to get us closest to what we deserved & I know he was relentless when the other party tried to i guess you'd say "low ball" us. Mr Gretton would NOT take any less than what he knew he could get for us. With my boyfriend & Mine being separate cases of course, he still handled them both with the same persistence & diligence, & always maintaining contact with us to keep us informed of the status of our cases. If ever I need an attorney I would gladly , in a heartbeat, return to Dan Newlins Office but of course request Todd Gretton. He handled me especially with care, compassion & understanding to my every concern. He is a brilliant man & his ability to handle people & know how to deal with diversity in different peoples unique problems & concerns. I owe Todd Gretton a major debt of gratitude & I hope he knows how happy & satisfied we both are with his hard work & many hours he put into it, along with his respect & utter sincerity we feel he put into both our case. So, again, yes, without a doubt we both would return to Dan Newlins Office but only to work with Mr. Todd Gretton again & I would DEFINITELY refer him specifically to anyone I know in need. Thank You again Mr. Gretton for all of your help & hard work. We couldn't have asked for more from you. Thank you again & God Bless!!

I had the opportunity to settle a case in which I had with Mr. Pink. He was very professional, informative and available at all times during this process even after hrs seeing that we were in different time zones.
