My attorney was Thomas Sherod. Let me tell you this is my first time I have dealt with any attorney and I thought it was going to be a headache but thanks you Mr.Sherod, I felt very pleased and stress free. I'm the type of person who has a lot of questions all the time, everytime I got in touch with Mr.Sherod he took the time to answer my questions and explain very nicely through the whole process, I never felt confused or in the dark. I would get replies the same day through email or phone too, I never lost touch with Mr.Sherod. My whole experince was smooth and I felt cared for, honestly can't better than that!

No one expects to get into an auto accident and I was one of them. I got into a total vehicle accident not knowing what to expect from it all, I called Dan Newlin. The paralegals all were great in passing information down to me, keeping me posted on timelines and case progression and potential options. Scott took my case to mediation and did an excellent job explaining to me the process, what we were looking to obtain and gave me the full autonomy to make my own decision. He was poised, knowledgeable and I always felt like my best interest were in mind through the whole process start to finish. During mediation Scott even offered to cut his attorney fee if necessary to reach my out of pocket return I felt comfortable with, simply amazing.

I was in an auto accident and called the Law office of Dan Newlin. Jason Herman and Marlene Zervos were in charge of my case, they did a great job. They were always there for me to answer any questions about my case. I can't say enough about the excellent job Marlene Zervos did reducing my medical bills, I don't think anyone could have done a better job.

**Update** Fast forward two years later. After reading my previous review, I realized something special. Angela has remained constant. It isn't ironic that the post in which I am currently about to upload is indeed the same review with slightly different words. She has been exceptionally thorough, compassionate and extremely patient. Even when I felt as though I was becoming a nuisance. Often times forgetting that I am one of the MANY cases that she deals with. Angela always made sure that I was well informed and always assured me that I was not a bother. Todd Gretton was very personable, and attentive with my son who turned 18 during the process. At times he had to deal with both myself and my son, and transitioned us very well. Helllo everyone , I just would like to share my experience with Dan Newlin Attorney Firm . I got into my first accident and I was told to look up an attorney so I did and the first I called (anonymous) I would say I was confused and wasn't clear on what to do so a friend referred me to dan Newlin , the second the receptionist answered the phone I was clear within five minutes and felt more secure , the next day they had an investigator at my home and then I was off to recovery for my injuries . They were always avaible to answer questions and responded quickly , also my lawyer assigned to my case fought hard to get me a maximum settlement for my case and he did , thanks to dan newlin me and my family have a new start and new opportunities. I was involved in a car Accident around the month of March of this year. I contacted the Dan Newlin Lawfirm and immediately, I was met with an investigator to get my case going. The process was fairly easy, but lengthy.. it takes about 8 months to have the case resolved. I had the pleasure to have attorney Brent Riggle working full time on my case. He was professional and always returned my calls and reply to emails . Overall, my experience with Dan New law firm and associates were satisfactory. I will go back to their office if I ever need an attorney in the future..
