7 months ago i was injured at work and my employer and the insurance company did there best to screw me over...Dave Mallen put a stop to that for me and got me what i deserve...i would recomend Dave Mallen to anybody for workers comp problems...thanks for everything Dave Mallen

I hired Dan Newlin when I was in a car accident.I was worried at first but my attorney John Malkowski put me at ease. Thanks John for everything I would hire Dan Newlin again.

I've never had to engage an attorney to protect my rights and family due to an accident.......until recently. I was in a car accident which was not my fault. Almost immediately the insurance companies began to aggressively contact me to "help" me. I'm injured and they want to get a recorded statement while I'm suffering in pain. Then the letters come, multiple times, asking me to approve their access to ALL my medical records DURING MY LIFETIME. This is not just records from the accident, this is EVERYTHING. And they say in a matter-of-fact way, that once they get them, I'm no longer protected by Federal HIPAA privacy laws. I receive an unsolicited settlement offer. The insurance company "generously" offers to pay me to settle the accident liability. I don't know, to cover my out of pocket medical expenses and problems? Funny thing though, it cost about $10,000 to repair my car. But as far as my health was concerned, the insurance company thought ostensibly that an offer of a small fraction of what it cost to repair my car should take care of my medical expenses. I think they were hoping that I didn't consider the total cost of my medical care. Or they don’t know how much a MRI costs. Yup, they're looking out for me. To do what's right by me. (This is of course satirical) So I decided that I needed a professional to protect me and my family. I have to tell you that everyone at Dan Newlin & Partners has been great, and importantly, Ashlye Cox has protected us very well and resolved this matter. Ashlye lifted a huge burden off me, for which I am grateful. I only made one mistake; not asking Ms. Cox to help me sooner.

I was in a accident in August of 2015. I had stopped for a emergency vehicle and was rear-ended on my motorcycle. I was transported to the hospital and later that day released with instruction and medications for my injuries. I felt like my world was turned upside down and I just could not get things done that needed to be done. I had bills to pay and a job I needed to keep. I didn't sleep well that night. The next morning wasn't any better. The tow company didn't have office workers on the weekends, I couldn't get help securing a rental car for the other guys insurance company. It was just going down hill with every call. Then I remembered the billboard and the TV adds. My next call was to Dan Newlin Law offices. I talked to Joseph Polich, Jr. a attorney with Dan Newlin. I told him my situation and Joe put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions and answered a few I didn't think to ask. The next day a investigator was at my house and also helped to insure me that I would be well taken care of. I had several e-Mails with Joe and some phone calls all of which made me feel better about my case. In the end I was awarded $250 thousand dollars. I feel Joe is a big asset to the Dan Newlin Law firm. And not just that but one of few people I can call a real friend. I will always call the Dan Newlin law firm for any legal needs I may have and I hope Joe is the friend that handles my case. Way to go Dan Newlin, you hit a home run with Joe Polich on your team. I was in accident and had Dutch Anderson handle my case he did a wonderful job for me Dutch know"s what he is doing i was able to replace my car with money from the insurance and had enough to pay for my dr bills thank you Dutch

As a client of Dan Newlin's office my attorney Thomas Sherod has done a great job of settling my case. I would recommend using these guys over and over again. I can't go into specifics but they went to bat for me and got the job done. I lost hope at one point, but they assured me not to worry...glad i listened
