Joe Polich came to my home the day I called. I had been rear-ended by an SUV and was in a lot of pain and didn't know what I needed to do. I had seen a commercial for Dan Newlin and I called and Joe came straight out. He helped me get the therapy and doctors that I needed so I would no longer be in any pain. He walked me through the whole process from start to finish. If I had a question, I could email, text or call Joe and he answered my questions each time. He also called to check on me and see how I was doing. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and I know that without Dan Newlin and Joe, I would have never gotten the money I needed to allow me to get back my life where I was no longer in pain!

I was in an automobile accident on 3/17/16. My case was transferred to Todd Gretton on 11/8/16. On 11/15/16, Todd settled my case, had my medical bills significantly reduced and got me a very nice settlement. Todd is truly an asset to Dan Newlin & Partners. Thank you Todd for everything.
