My Name is Frank Klemm, however, my wife Margaret is signed up with Google the reason for her name in the review. I, Frank Klemm, have a Workmens Comp case with Attorney DAVID MALLEN. On Apr 29, 2016 I came into the Sand Lake Road office to have my Deposition taken by my employers attorney. It turned out that DAVID MALLEN with his expertise had my employers attorney agree that he did not need a Deposition by me, saving me and DAVID a lot of time and a lot of questions. So far DAVID has taken care of my case and returned my telephone calls at all times I have needed him so far. Fantastic Attorney!! It is now Aug 11, 2016. Atty DAVID MALLEN Esq, settled my case and what a gread job he did. David has quite a team working for him, there is Jo his secretary; Penni his Legal Assistant and Michele his Legal Assistant. Joe Cerrato was awesome helping us with with our property damage claim. He went way above and beyond his job duties to help us get a settlement with Dairyland insurance. He did not have to do this for us; however, he stayed with us and kept on the adjuster until our settlement check arrived. He was always available for our questions, even after hours, and stayed on top of Dairyland for us. I really don't think we would have gotten anywhere without his expertise.

I was in my brand new Dodge Dart when a Suburban ran a stop sign and hit my car. It slung me around like a rag doll. I suffered a concussion and back injury. I, of course, called my insurance company. After getting a call back from a rep with the other person's insurance that wanted to know all kinds of details about my prior injuries (even back to high school), I decided I needed someone on my side. Joe Polich was the attorney I had through Newlin's group. He was fantastic. He would listen patiently when I would complain about pain and inconvenience. He returned phone calls and emails promptly. He took a lot of time on several calls to explain everything to me. He got me a settlement which I feel is fair for the pain and suffering (as well as huge inconvenience) that I went through. You don't realize if you haven't experienced back trauma but even simple things like washing my dog or car I was unable to do.
