I was in a 7 car pile up and somehow, Sandra Cook along with the rest of the team at Dan Newlin was able to turn a negative into not only a positive, but an experience where I HAVE to leave a review. Initially after the accident I signed with Morgan & Morgan, but could not shake the feeling that I had not done enough research on my representation. On further look, my fears were confirmed and I began to desperately search for another option. When I perused the Dan Newlin Reviews, I was not only very impressed with their slew of happy clients, but even more so with a name that kept appearing in what felt like every other review. Sandra Cook. People just absolutely loved her. Every review with her name just rained praise, that she went the extra mile, went to bat in ways they never expected on the clients behalf and was either always available or always got back to the client on a timely manner. All qualities I had a hard time finding in the other firm's reviews. I quickly exited my partnership with the other firm and got on board with Dan Newlin. When I got the first call, I was so ecstatic. It. Was. Sandra. Cook. It was like talking to a Movie Star. That is how excited I was! And from the word go, she was pure awesome. Sandra was fantastic helping me find where I needed to go for doctors appts, doing email correspondence with me since sometimes it was just too much for me to handle the phone and my kiddo at the same time and explaining, then RE-EXPLAINING the same things to me.It was a great experience altogether and that is a weird thing to say when you consider how it started. I don't know how things would have went if I had gone the other route but I know that I am now one of hundreds, nay, thousands of happy clients from the office of Dan Newlin.

Not sure why goggle is still using my married last name and I've been divorce for a year now, Well my experience with Dan Newlin Office was a blessing. My attorney was Ms. Cynthia Thomas and she worked so hard on my behalf, Any questions or concerns I had she made it her business to get back in touch with me via email or phone and notified me all through the process, keeping in the loop with my case. Although I still struggle day to day with my injuries. She was able to knock down my medical bill tremendously and zero out some others. My family is forever grateful for what she was able to do.

I am recent widow, was hit by driver parking in safety walk while going into bank. Elderly man, pulled up at doors of bank, while inside I pointed out what he had done, as I was completely black on clothes from where I landed on hood of car. Thankfully he was going slow, however, the impact still had quite an affect on my body. While in bank he admitted what he did even stating "I don't know why I parked there", after bank manager came to check on me he left. Once I got home I decided to make report to police and though he was cited on two counts he never made contact. After calling him he stated, to my amazement, that he did not hit me I in fact ran into his car. Not knowing what to do I remembered the commercials for Dan Newlin and though there are many these days who advertise I had always been struck by the honest integrity that Mr. Newlin portrayed. So I picked up the phone and with no idea of what would take place, within a few minutes I was on a 3 way call with doctor and had appointment for that afternoon. My case was taken over by Mr. Newlin's Personal Associate and just as they state, the client does absolutely nothing but work on recovery with medical treatment. Not only do they personally keep in touch with you on regular basis, as well as doctors, to see how you are doing. For one reason and one reason alone, they care about the people they represent. I have to say it was beyond my expectations and quickly left everything in their capable hands. The individual who struck me carried minimum coverage but thankfully I maintain Uninsured Motorist with my policy. Needless to say they quickly negotiated with my carrier until meeting a satisfactory settlement on my behalf. Naturally I was informed of every step and honestly did not expect to receive anything even though the injury is one that will stay it is not the catastrophic type normally considered. I just received notification from them of the amount I would be getting and I was absolutely speechless. In these days and times the so called minor injuries resulting from a case such as mine are not regarded with the same importance of the more serious, however, with the firm of Dan Newlin and Associates nothing could be further from the truth. I can say that with complete honesty, my only reason for this written review is in the hopes others in a similar situation will contact this firm rather than just "accept" what they perceive as a lost cause. Now I realize the commercials do show larger and various types of situations but that has nothing to do with quality and integrity of the firm, simply marketing in time alloted to reach people in these times. Please, as you read this, understand no one and I mean not one individual is treated with any more or less importance. Hopefully my experience will reach others and they will not hesitate to contact this firm. I would like to thank them for the manner my case was handled and silly as it may sound since tv ads state the obvious, should I ever be in need of an attorney in the future this is the ONLY firm I will place a call to and feel complete trust in everything, start to finish. I had the distinct pleasure working with Thomas Sherod of the Dan Newlin office. My work schedule is awkward and work with Mr. Sherod strictly via email. I was rear-ended and as a result, my truck was a totaled. Worst part is I walked away with a neck injury with ligament damage.
