While looking for an attorney can be challenging and stressful in Florida, but when I chose Dan Newlin and Partners as the firm to represent me in an auto accident, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only is this firm, quick and fast, but my attorney David Novack was absolutely terrific. He followed up with me with every development in the case; most firms in Florida don't reach a settlement until 2-3 years (My brother went to another firm and absolutely regretted it, for the same accident) but David reached a settlement in months!! Dan Newlin and Partners was a wonderful experience, and they have a tremendous team of attorney, especially David Novack. Recently, I was involved in another accident and the first person I called at 9AM was David. If you're looking for an injury attorney, look no further. Don't deprive yourself of fast and amazing service. David was a great guy and I look forward to having him handle my second case.

I would recommend Dan Newlin and Partners if someone I knew needed a lawyer, they got my original offer doubled. Although it took longer than expected or hoped for, they got me my settlement right when I needed it most.

When Attorney Karl Labertew received my case he called me to introduce himself, and to inform me of how things were going with my case. I must say that I was a little concerned at first because he wasn't the attorney who was working on my case when it began. I was also wondering why the other attorney didn't inform about the change or my case status? Attorney Karl Labertew always kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel as if me or my case weren't important. Even though I didn't receive much, Attorney Labertew treated me like a millionaire!!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!
