My family was rear ended in a traffic accident in August of 2015. My wife called Dan Newlin's Law Offices and the rest was history. We had an investigator out to our house in less than 48 hours. Attorney Greg Ackerman was assigned our case and did very good job. He settled our case for the maximum amount allowed under the at fault drivers policy. Our entire family was able to get physical therapy that was very beneficial. The process was very stress free. Ackerman kept us informed as the process went on. Several months ago my fiancee and I were injured in a very serious accident. In the blink of an eye, the careless actions of one driver turned our lives upside down: totaled vehicle, broken bones, other bodily injuries. We were lucky to still be alive after the accident, but the road ahead was a difficult one. In the wake of the nightmare, our focus turned to seeking legal counsel in order to advocate for our rights as the injured party. A bit of online research brought us to feel that Attorney Dan Newlin's practice was a solid, well grounded organization which would advocate on our behalf with honesty and tenacity. Once we made the call, it was a very short time for it to be evident that we had made the best possible choice for legal representation. We called Attorney Dan Newlin's office on a Friday and had our initial consultation and visit with the investigator on Saturday. We were absolutely delighted and also slightly dumbfounded to think that anyone would be available over the weekend. Our investigator was thorough and spent a lot of time carefully collecting the necessary information. Only two days later we were in touch with our case manager, who was prompt, professional and thoroughly dedicated to our needs. It was not only refreshing to be the recipients of the dedication shown by Dan Newlin's team, but also needed on a very practical level. Had they not been there for us, we would not have been able to navigate the very rough waters stirred by the various corporate players typically involved in this type of accident. Without someone on our side, we would have been threatened and disregarded by insurance companies; we would have been the victims of illegal billing schemes on the part of healthcare establishments; we would not have been able to achieve the monetary settlement we deserved as victims of an accident that was quite avoidable. My wife and I just got married back on November 18, 2015 two days later while riding my bike to work I was hit by a vehicle coming off i4 on November 20, 2015 I spent 6 weeks in the hospital thanksgiving, Christmas, New years/ my birthday all in the hospital.
