In May of 2015 my family and I were in a roll over accident of no fault of our own. A man ran a stop sign at a very busy intersection and caused our vehicle to roll over. This sent all of my family to the hospital, my wife was life flight flown to the ER as my daughter, brother in law and myself were taken in ambulance. A friend of mine suggested Dan Newlin, I didn't think I needed a lawyer because I had full coverage insurance. Well I can tell you that I am very pleased that I did get a lawyer. On April 29, 2015 I was rear ended while I was going to lunch. At that time I had decided to not contact an attorney. As the following week progressed I started having some pretty serious health issues. I did a lot of research and decided that I would contact the law office of Dan Newlin. They immediately listened to the issue. Within 24 hours I was contacted by an attorney and 48 hours after that I was visited in my home with one of the office's investigators. I was then assigned an attorney who referred me for medical care and walked me through the steps that needed to be taken. Six months later I continued to have health issues. I was then assigned David Davila who reviewed my case with me and, as a team, we decided that I needed to go to a neurosurgeon. Mr. Davila found the most fabulous physician for me and even scheduled the appointment. I was able to have surgery and now I am pain FREE! Mr. Davila was very proactive in working with all the medical providers and the insurance company. He was able to negotiate a great deal of discounts from the medical providers so that I would be able to obtain the best financial benefit. Also, Dan Newlin and partners reduced there rate for me. Mr. Davila was open in communication, sincere with compassion and aggressive with the insurance company. My research and instinct was spot on in reaching out to Dan Newlin and partners. David Kerce helped me with a wealth of information in regard to my rear end collision. I had never experienced that type of situation before and had no idea what to expect but wanted to be taken care of properly. He gave me direction and confidence as well as peace of mind in knowing if things did not go well in the process that he would step in at any time to take over. Things worked out well for me and in this day and age that is almost unheard of. I appreciated his assistance, he was amazing!!!
