My husband was in a car accident a little over a year ago. We called Dan Newlins office and from the first phone call they were very respectful and willing to help. It took a little over a year to settle the case and in that time I got to meet Kim Wise, our Sr Paralegal. She was our main contact throughout the case and was very helpful, kind, and sweet as can be. Anything we needed, she was there offering her assistance. Over the course of the year I felt more and morel like a friend than just a client. I really miss Kim Wise and our talks. This was my first time through this type of process and I knew nothing of how it worked, but Kim Wise talked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. She was great at advising us and helping us with the various doctors we had to see, as well as managing my expectations. Dutch Anderson is the best

I was injured on the job August 31 2017. My employer laid me off in January while I was still under doctors care. But they failed to file Workers comp on me so with no way to pay my medical bills I decided to hire Dan Newlin and partners. The very next day someone was sent out to my house to investigate the problem. My Lawyers Name is Dale Albright. This man went above and beyond to make sure he always checked on me while waiting for WC to present their case. Anytime I had a question I could call him text him or email and he was always very sympathetic and very caring. His secretaries Barbara and Tiffany always got him my messages. Tomorrow is my birthday and Dale Albright Called me tonight and told me the good news. He got my case settled. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse. I had lost my house, staying with friends, unable to work, and had only seen 1 doctor since January. Then today my van broke down. Not knowing when I was gonna be able to pay my Bill's or keep a roof over my head I had succumbed to depression. Dale Albright always reassured me everything was going to be okay. In November 30, 2016 I had a work related injury, after my surgery I was placed on workmans comp and knew that eventually there would be a issue about with my job.
