Monica Vandevar was awesome. My husband was hit from behind while stopped at a light. Even though the other driver was at fault and ticketed, her insurance company, Allstate, refused to pay our medical bills. The injuries were extensive. Monica negotiated for us and got Allstate to pay for our medical bills. She also negotiated with the various doctors to accept the amount we got. She handled everything, which was a huge relief.
