I have had the pleasure of working with David Novack for the past few months regarding my accident-pedestrian vs. Uber motor vehicle. My wife and I were involved in an auto accident where a driver licensed for only 10 days failed to yield the right-of-way and turned into us totaling our 5 month old car.
