Dan Newlin Law is really who is "for the people" I see the constant ads and I decided to try his law firm for my recent car accident and I was impressed by Courtney F. who is the Senior Paralegal to my Attorney Ashlye C. Their reaction time to my case and having me see a doctor the next day was great; including keeping me in the loop with updates was also good. I am referring Dan to everyone! "Thanks Dan" haha...

About a year and a half ago, I got into an accident. I called Dan Newlin and he sent over Mr Karl Labertew and his team. What an awesome team! They took care of everything very professionally and were in constant communication with me. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

All the things that happened to me I described to Catherine on phone and it took 5 minutes to review and get a call back denied! I guess you only take million dollar cases. I can't use my left hand or right leg. I was sent home bleeding in agony. No one that came into my room at fl east ER washed their hands and I got a staph infection. They missed that I had a fracture. So now I have to go to 3 different drs to take care of all this. It's disgraceful. I have changed it from 1 to 5 as Ryan Rice a compassionate lawyer called me immediately and apologized for how Catherine treated me and listened to my whole story and gave me 3 different attorneys that deal with medical malpractice. I was in a car accident in the beginning of July 2017, and was recommended to Dan Newlin & Partners by a family member who was also in a car accident previously. It was a very long process, as I’m sure any car accident case is, but the paralegal assisting me helped get me through it! Devin Topper was extremely helpful and polite throughout my entire case, even when all the numbers and legal mumbojumbo stressed or confused me. He was always very quick with his responses when I e-mailed him questions and made sure I understood everything the best I could.
