Daved Mallen stood by me and fought for my rights against Workman's Comp and my employer during my lengthly case. Dave helped me get the care I needed and deserved. Workmen's Comp insurance companies are all about saving the company money, they are not there to ensure that you get the care you deserve. You need someone like Dave in your corner helping guide you through what can be a very difficult trying process. Every no I got from workman's comp and my employer were turned into yeses with the help from Dave and his top notch team (Penni Obrien, Michelle Killeen). The care I got after having been hit by a forklift and the settlement in the end would not have happened with the guidance from Dave and his team. Thank You Dave for being there for me and all the work you did in my behalf.
