I was involved in a rear end collision, I called the Law offices of Dan Newlin I was assigned Attorney Thomas Sherod. from the moment he got my case he was on it 100% he returned my phone calls and emails in a promptly manner, was on top of everything, he would explain everything to me so I understood, he showed compassion and that he was there for me and my needs if I ever was in a car accident again I would recommend Dan Newlin and Mr.Sherod, They really do fight for you and your rights! I don't know how else to say Thank You for all your help !

Mr. Newlin and his Associate Thomas Sherod were absolutely great in handling my case. Although the guilty party had minimal insurance, I was able to get the medical help I needed along with the follow-up care after surgery. And even though the medical care and therapy far exceeded the amount of the insurance coverage. Mr. Newlin and associates aggressive negotiated with the doctors and re-habb facilities to adjust the fees so that enough was left over for me to continue therapy after the case was settled. Most importantly, this law group really does care about their clients. When things were not going as I thought they should be, both Thomas and Mr. Newlin emailed me on Christmas day indicating it was the insurances laws that were causing the problems, not the firm. Mr. Newlin also offered to meet with me at my home. I found that to be profound. I have dealt with a few lawyers in my time, some not so brilliant, some uncaring and some unskilled at the task they sign on for. Newlin and Associates ARE NOT ONE OF THESE! They truly care for their clients, are adept at what they do and care. Their portion of the proceeds were less than all the claimants involved. I hope that I am never am injured in an accident again, but if that does happen, they are my first and only call for legal representation.
