I had my Auto accident in Oct 2014. I am very glad i choose Dan Newlin and had Devin Topper as my attorney. He was very helpful and stayed on top of my case. I didnt have to worry about anything but my recovery. He kept my in the loop of everything that was going on. He assisted me in finding good Drs that have helped me in my recovery. Recently, after a rear-end collision, it became necessary to enlist the services of an attorney. Relying only on reviews, and the negative experiences of friends and associates with other local attorney's, I chose the law firm of Dan Newlin and Partners. The first gentleman with whom I spoke took all the necessary information, and scheduled the initial appointment with an investigator. Surprisingly, less than an hour later, I received a call from Sandra Cook introducing herself as the Paralegal for "Dutch" Anderson, the attorney managing my case. She assured me of both her, and Mr. Anderson's experience and qualifications, and that they would do everything to professionally handle all legal aspects, so that I could concentrate on healing. The next day, there was a text message and email from Dan Newlin. Letters from Dan Newlin, George H. "Dutch" Anderson III, and Sandra Cook followed shortly thereafter. Sandra has been available at all times, via email and telephone, to answer general questions and concerns regarding my case. She has definitely proven to be an experienced, highly competent Paralegal, and I could not be more pleased to have her as my Attorney Liaison for "Dutch" Anderson. To date, my experience with the law firm of Dan Newlin and Partners has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend the Firm.

No matter how many times I called he was very nice in honest with me. He was on my case for a short time but really put a lot of effort in dedication into getting me a great settlement without prolonging my case or giving me false hope. My experience with the Newlin law from was amazing! James Simmons is a great individual who truly cared about me and my family in our time of need. He was there for me every step of the way. He took the time to really get to know me and my family. I hope I never get in an accident again but if I do I know who I am calling. Thank you again for everything you did for my family!

I was involved in a auto accident, someone hit me from behind and Mr. Thomas Sherod was my attorney. This case did not involve in a lot of money but Mr. Sherod worked just as hard to provide me with a settlement. Even tho I did not get my face on a billboard for Dan Newlin I felt that I was a very important client.
