I was involved in a car accident in 2013 and was advised to contact Dan Newlin's office. I was skeptical at first but the staff made me feel at ease and gave me confidence. Attorney Greg Stark was assigned to my case. He was professional, answered all my concerns quickly when I called or emailed. Attorney Stark has worked for insurance companies in the past; he is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me. On 10/20/2015, I was in an accident in Gainsville. I was a passenger in a car that was hit from behind by a careless driver. I was the only one hurt enough to have to seek medical care. My medical bills were over $200.000. I suffered a year of pain and suffering. My life felt completely out of my control and was full of stress. To complicate things I have a medical device implanted to control pain from a work related accident that happened years ago. The impact of the accident on 10/20 disabled my device and I needed to have it replaced.
