Although I only spoke with Mr. Newlin once at the beginning, he was very kind. The true genius behind the brilliant service I received was Mr. Mark Friesen. I was not expecting, at my age and after only months of having my driver's license, to be in an accident; let alone to be in one as severe as mine was. Mr. Friesen served as my guide and, with sound advice and a listening ear, led me to an amazing, skilled surgeon, and a satisfying end of my case. Too many times do you hear horror stories about what can happen after an accident. I have been blessed to have such a smooth experience, and it is due to the expertise of this gentleman. I was involved in a car accident in November of 2013. I was not guilty and as usual, the hardest hit! I contacted this law firm when I was involved in a accident. My case eventually went to litigation, Todd Curtin & Dutch Anderson took over and they did an outstanding job. I was well informed about my case, they made sure I was up to date on all that went on, they answered any question I had and their response time was quick. They weren't hard to get a hold of at all which is important to me. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and had my best interest. What I liked most about the Dan Newlin Law firm, and in particular, my Lawyer, Mr. John Malkowski, was that their priorities were spot on. First and foremost their concern was my immediate health, followed by my well being and future quality of life. Then and only then, were the priorities focused on the legal matters. I truly appreciated Mr. Malkowski’s genuine concerns, directness and candor. He was always accessible and his staff were professional and efficient. Even though (as I am sure most of us do), at the beginning, I was hoping to receive a larger settlement, the results turned out to be equitable and fair for both parties.
