I could not be more happier with the results I received, Dan Newlin and Mychal Katz really helped me out through a hard time. They constantly checked on me and my medical visits and made sure I was doing better. This process took about 7 months but I think that is fast compared to other attorneys, it really all depends on your medical care and how long that takes but for the most part everything went smooth. I highly recommend!!

Dan Newlin and Kevin Russel my attorney and his team was one of the best calls I have ever made. I was hit hard by a Business Van while stopped at a Light in Orlando. My brand new SUV was a write off. The first call I made after being released from the Hospital emergency room was to Dan’s firm. Kevin Russel took my call and within 2 days I had appointments with my BioSpine Surgeon, X-Rays, Multiple MRI’s and therapy for my back while awaiting procedures on my spine. Kevin handled all the discussions with the Company whose van hit me and their Insurance Company. He coordinated the payments for my Insurance company and the payments to all my medical providers after the settlement which was much larger than we expected. Kevin checked on my medical progress and he and Dan’s firm were with me through the entire process. They made a very difficult accident much easier to deal with for me and my family.
