Working through the aftermath of a car accident is not a fun task. The medical, mental, physical, and insurance issues can be complex and annoying. After looking at several law firms, I settled on Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys for my injury claim when I was rear ended and injured on the highway. The insurance industry is not on your side, and the laws are not either, but luckily Jeff Gionet from Dan's office helped me navigate the process. The varying levels of insurance (PPI, auto, medical) can be hard to understand, but Jeff explained them to me and what to expect. I was fortunate that the other driver had insurance, otherwise it would have been a much more unbearable process. In the end, Jeff was able to cover all my medical costs and additional damages/suffering by the other insurer. It takes some time, but I was still happy with the speed that my costs were recovered.
