I was involved in a car accident. I worked with Ms. Dianne Downie at Dan Newlins office. She was absolutely amazing and had my best interest at heart. Every question I had and as stupid as it might have been, she took the time to reach out by text, call or email with a short time, even if it was just to let me know she couldn't talk right now. I never felt dismissed or overlooked and she was honest with me. I am glad I hired Dan Newlin and was assigned Ms. Dianne Downie. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

When I was involved in a hit-and-run by a semi-delivery truck of a well-known company, my husband and his family, being born and raised in Florida, pushed me to call Morgan and Morgan. After working with them for a few weeks, in which I was pushed to a specific chiropractor and ortho clinic, I was suddenly dropped with no warning; I found out via the orthopedic clinic they had pushed me too that M&M were no longer representing me. The only comminucation I received from M&M after that was a brief generic email letting me go as a client. After that, I did my own research and reached out to Dan Newlin and his team. My case was assigned to Brenda Czekanski, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Throughout the lengthy process of trying to work through the vehicle repair and medical care, she was extremely patient and understanding of my frustrations. She never treated me like my case was "too small", the way Morgan and Morgan made me feel. She went out of her way to address my concerns and really worked with the other company to come to a very fair settlement. She made the entire process very simple on my side, so I never had to go out of my way for any of it. And she re-set up the medical consults for me from the orthopedic clinic. Dan Newlin and his team are the ones that are really "for the people", as they treat their clients like actual people with actual issues. I was driving home from a family dinner with my parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews when I was T-boned almost arriving to my house.
