I was rear ended by a reckless driver so I called @Attorney Dan Newlin's office in hopes they could assist me with the accident. I was fortunate to acquire @Dustin Smith in the Melbourne, FL office and he as well as his staff set up everything for me - from doctors appointments to getting my vehicle fixed to getting the most from the insurance companies. Any time I had questions Dustin responded right away, I never had to wait or wonder what was going to happen next, he was always great in his communication. I couldn't be more pleased with he and his staff. I will definitely use their services again should I be in another vehicle accident. Thank you!

I had my friend hire this firm and they didn't investigate the crash scene and told my friend that him and the other person was each half and half at fault. I had my friend call another attorney and the other attorney went out and investigated the crash scene and found that the other person was 100% at fault so my friend fired this firm and hire the other one. I don't recommend this firm period.

Dan Newlin and his team are great! My case was represented by Tara Tamoney, who did an amazing job. She guided us through the whole process and would take the time to explain what is happening before and in real time. We were able to directly communicate with Tara through phone or email and she always responded immediately. They took care of paying and negotiating the bills and we received more money than we thought we would. Thanks for all your hard work Tara and Dan!

I was not told that my bodily injury was done for and they still had me go to more appointments I thought as a lawyer it was her responsibility to let me know when the bodily injury coverage was up. I had 6 herniated discs 3 in my neck and 3 in my back and went through months of physical therapy. I knew about the ridiculous $3,000 they charge but let that slide but ended up only getting $3,000 back because she failed to tell me when I would be getting charged more appointments. She also did a horrible job at explaining things to me I just felt like my case didn't matter and I honestly wished I would have went to another lawyer. I guess it depends on who you get but I will not put the lawyers name but I am going to say people if you go to this firm have them explain everything to you including who covers you doctor appointments.
