My experience at Dan Newlin Injury attorneys for me was a positive one from start to finish and I would like to thank Kelsey Schott for that. We used Dan Newlin after we had been rear ended in Florida whilst on vacation, it was a relief as we had taken Uninsured motorist with Alamo, our attorney ‘Kelsey Schott’ never responded to most my emails or was slow, never kept us updated and 2 months down the line has stated she has to drop the case as we didn’t have insurance and there is nothing to claim from, I know for a fact this is. Complete lie due to having it in writing from my insurance plus all the paperwork. We are still injured and not working back in the UK due to this crash. We placed all our faith in Dan Newlin + Kelsey Schott but have only been let down, biggest mistake of my life.
