It was a pleasure working with IBP Immigration Law. Lawyer Ingrid demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication throughout the process. She handled the entire EB1-A petition for me and drafted all the letters, ensuring everything was meticulously prepared. Her work on my petition was outstanding, truly 10/10. I highly recommend her services for anyone considering filing an EB1-A application.

So I contacted this law firm for an RFE for eb2 NIW. I explained to the receptionist that I have a deadline of a month left to respond and should ask Ingrid if she could work with my deadline. I was specific that if they could not work with my deadline the would be no need for the consultation. Other law firms were honest and told me they could not work with my deadline and so didn’t need a consultation. He lied to me telling me she could work with me that I should send the documents and charged me $175 for consultation. In the consultation, I could see that Ingrid had not looked at the documents but was just reviewing and she told me should could not work with me because of the deadline and would offer me a refund instead of going ahead with the consultation and I said yes I would like a refund. She then goes on talking knowing she wasn’t going to give me a refund asked me to send the documents so she would “edit” it so that time would be running and I would be assumed to have used my consulting time. Says she charges $400 an hour normally but willing to lie to obtain $175 fee.
