If we had any questions on the process or what something meant he had a way of using layman's terms that made it easy for us "non lawyers" to understand. James still is a point of contact for us when we have any questions regarding our auto insurance policy, when we're not sure what exactly covers what, as it can be complicated. Also, our case was completed with settlement in five months, our accident was in September and settlement was given in January.
