I can NOT say enough on how amazing Bill is! He immediately calmed my nerves on the case, from the first time we talked with him. He tells you everything you need to know about every step you will take on your process. He makes sure you understand everything and are left with no questions (even if you have to ask the same question multiple times). He never makes you feel like a burden, which is nice when you have a hard time understand all the terms. Not only is he amazing at his job, but he makes himself available to you through the whole journey. You never have to worry about not being able to get ahold of him for any questions you have.
