Stefan went way out of his way and far above what our conversations were to make sure the property closed and I was well protected as the seller remains on as the tenant. He always stayed in touch with me and would call me in the latter part of the afternoons to make sure everything was on schedule. We closed when we were supposed to and I can’t emphasize enough thanks to him and professionalism that Stefan extended towards me all within staying within the price he quoted.

I recently sought Stefan's advice while selling a condominium unit that I inherited. A few days before the closing, there was a complication regarding a pending HOA assessment that jeopardized the sale. Stefan did not hesitate to work with both agents and the buyer's lender to find a solution that would work for all parties. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very responsive.
