The day before our closing for our house we receive a notice that a tree on our property has caused a lien. The tree had been there for years but a vindictive neighbor on the condo board caused a serious problem and we didn't have time to dispute this. Guy was able to get our problem rapidly addressed with the city and amazingly our closing went through with no problems. The buyer was indifferent to the tree removal. A huge relief!

After selling my business, an alarm company sent my information to a collection company. The company that bought my store should have been on the hook but instead I was receiving harassing calls. Guy helped to expedite. Problem gone.

It's been a pleasure working with Guy on his marketing communications. He "gets it." We purchased a new home under joint filing and erred in putting in for the homeowners exemption. Guy responded quickly and helped us fix this before the day was over, saving us thousands in unnecessary fees that would be otherwise been incurred. Extremely helpful and excellent response time. Highly recommend.

I purchased a home on the intercoastal and hired Mr. Rabideau. After closing I discovered that the USACOE (Army Corp) had not approved the dock and that I could not proceed with doing anything to the property before this was taken care of. Since this was an inherited problem from the old owners which Mr. Rabideau should have discovered during the closing process I called him. His response was that he did everything that was required of him and this was now my problem and I should hire experts at my expense to take care of it. I asked him if my Title Insurance Policy which he sold me would cover the expenses his answer was no. Mr. Rabideau has now left me with thousands of dollars in bills for something that he should have discovered during closing and a delay for 2-3 months.
