I have used this office for several years; mediation after divorce, estate planning, wills, and powers of attorney. In all matters I am treated with respect and the utmost consideration.

My attorney was Mr. Chadwick Layton. I couldn't have found a better lawyer to represent me through a very problematic divorce. From day one, in my initial consultation, Mr. Layton gave me his full attention. I was not rushed whatsoever. Where my previous attorney had let my case languish for over three years, Mr. Layton, once retained, immediately started processing files and motions that same day. It just so happened that I had brought my divorce problems to Mindful Divorce in November, just prior to the holidays when the different parties would not be available. Yet through Mr. Layton's efforts, my divorce was finalized by mid February. He saw to it that my divorce that had been lingering for more than three years, was done with in a matter of three months. Mr. Layton was always professional while being cordial and friendly. He always took the time to explain details to me and answered all calls and emails promptly. He's easy to speak to and has a manner about himself that is extremely calming. I had come to Mindful Divorce and Mr. Layton, distraught, overly stressed and exhausted. So there are no words to express my gratitude of working with Mr. Chadwick Layton who was instrumental in easing a good deal of those burdens I was carrying on my shoulders. Mindful Divorce may not be the 'cheapest' firm to go to, but I am so pleased with their service and my results, I will stay with Mr. Layton for any future concerns that may arise. One last note.., another BEAMING, happy to add notation.. you could not ask for a better staff to navigate you with your calls and messages. I don't know them by name, but hats off and kudos them. They are friendly, helpful, polite and HUMAN. You're not having to pick options from an automated answering system!!
