We had the pleasure of working with attorney Greg Yaffa and his exceptional assistant Morgan at the Palm Beach Garden location. Every step of the way, Greg kept us informed and answered all of our questions. Both Greg and Morgan were patient and understanding with our situation. From the beginning it was easy to see the commitment and care put into resolving our personal injury case. Greg is truly an expert in his field and left us quite impressed with his professionalism. Greg Yaffa and Morgan genuinely care about their clients and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Having serious injuries comes with lifetime decisions and choosing an attorney is a difficult decision. However, after meeting Greg Yaffa and his assistant Morgan I found out they're professional while also warm and personable, knowledgeable and competent. They know their stuff! Overall choosing them to handle my case was one of the best decisions I could make.

Finally I'm at the end of a long journey with my lawsuit. Though things did not turn out quite as I had hoped they would due to unfortunate circumstances with the assisted living having been sold midway through, Lindsey Gale, my wonderful attorney, was relentless in pursuing this case. She always believed in the merits of this case having to do with a very serious wrongdoing on the part of an assisted living. Having lost my mother I can tell you that it is small compensation to get any kind of monetary figure but Lindsey was triumphant at the end. She was always professional while at the same time being empathetic to my situation. I admire her tenacity in the case and all of her wonderful qualities as a human being. She most certainly is a very major asset to this law firm. I would not have any hesitation in recommending her to anyone else or using her again should the need arise. As a mom and watching my daughter try to recover from an accident where she was t-boned by a Mack truck, I don’t wish that worry on anyone. We didn’t know what to do or who to call, and we were referred to Fred Cunningham. From the first day of contact, Fred and his team had my daughter set up to see one of the best doctors in our area for her injuries. The office was in constant contact with us through the entire process, and finally when it was time to make a settlement offer, we received twice what my daughter and I were expecting. Our attorneys worked with all the medical professionals involved to decrease their amounts, something our car insurance would never have done in my opinion. I would highly recommend this law firm.

Fred Cunningham was amazing for my lawsuit! I was unfortunately hit by a Mack truck and sustained life changing injuries - I live in pain every day and struggle very hard in the car now with my anxiety. Fred and his paralegal Tracy were so amazing, patient, time-efficient and UNDERSTANDING of my feelings and injuries. Everything was explained, they never made a move without asking me first. Fred has a sense of humor for the stressful talks, which makes it seem more light hearted which I greatly appreciated. For an emotional time, I felt very comfortable with this team. I received enough to feel comfortable with treatments for the rest of my life. My car accident was less than 3 years ago and we settled the last week of December. I’m extremely grateful for Fred Cunningham and his handling of my case! (and Tracy Lebel because she was sweet as pie!!)

This is the worst attorney firm you can higher. They lie to you about how much money they can recover then negotiate with the apposing counsel and then tell you after they convince you not to take the settlement offered they can no longer be your attorney. They cost my mother money by not taking the first settlement by lying to her by saying we would have never taken case if that was all the money we thought we would get basically telling her don't take the offer. She rejected the offer and three weeks later DCW told her they could not be her lawyer anymore because they can't prove negligence in her case. If the law firm was any good they would have seen that from day one not after two years. If law firm was any good or worth anything they should have seen they can't prove negligence but the greed all attorney's have which this one is makes them liars giving you hope then don't care how your treated from them releasing you as client. Never use this law firm the greed blinds them to lie to you.

Don't be fooled by all the 4 star reviews! The intake attorney Rosalie Candelario doesn't know who, whe re or what she is litigating. She's very unprofessional and needs to go back to law and etiquette school. She actually told me my case was hard to prove after the law firm took the case. Who tells a client such a negative thing about their case? I know, Rosalie Candelario. Dominick, Cunningham & Whalen, please find another intake attorney or you will lose a lot of potential clients.
