Rupprecht Law helped me get my Part 107 Night Waiver for flying my drone after sunset (with other applicable rules still applying). He was very fast, professional, and courteous, and the price was fair. I highly recommend him, and will be using his services again in the future.

The Leader in Drone Law Jonathan was one of the first attorney's in the US to focus on commercial drone law. His background as a commercial pilot gives him a huge advantage over other "non-pilot" lawyers. We have been a client of Rupprecht Law for two years. Jonathan helped us with our initial part 333 exemption and also filed our part 107 night waiver (which was quickly approved). We've all passed the part 107 test using Jonathan's study guide also. He's very fun to work with -- both funny and professional. He continues to move further ahead of other drone lawyers, by staying abreast of new developments and researching the new regulations that are rapidly changing -- or are at least open to legal interpretation. We highly recommend Rupprecht law, especially if you are a corporation or other large scale commercial operator. His pricing is outstanding for the knowledge he provides.

Mr. Rupprecht's knowledge was absolutely needed in helping us at the Mat-Su Borough find the best path to FAA compliance while also giving us additional tools (waivers) that we would not even know existed if we had gone it alone. Furthermore, his approachable manner in which he conducts his business make it much easier to ask the "dumb" questions that are sometimes necessary and ultimately helped us get to where we needed to go as a complex local government the size of West Virginia.

Jonathan's knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations is incredibly impressive. It makes sense, though, because he's not only a pilot, he's a former CFI. As a Sport Pilot I can attest to the knowledge and skill it takes to become one. After discussing the most effective way to apply for a § 107.29 waiver (nighttime flight) he submitted a proposal for my company, SkySee Video, and it was approved in 31 days. Very happy!

Jonathan's understanding of FAA regulations makes it a no-brainer to come to him when in need of a waiver. He is friendly, helpful, and most of, all effective. Some say he knows the regulations better than the FAA themselves!
