I was a Police Officer injured on the job. My department did not file the proper paperwork, and I was stuck with the hospital bills. I called Gordon & Doner and spoke with a staff member about my case. They refused to represent me, because my injuries did not require long term care and I was not out to hurt my department over the error. They said there was not enough money to be made off my case.. I put my life on the line everyday protecting my community, and all of its businesses, including this one.. This is how Gordon & Donor gave back to me. Thanks!

If you're a veteran, stay away. First, they misplaced my paperwork and put me under a wrong name. Then, they assigned me to a paralegal and sat on the case for months. After I finally decided to find out what was going on, it was impossible to get in touch with the paralegal assigned to my case. When I finally left a message saying I wanted to be released from my retainer, I was contacted immediately and when I picked up the phone and said hello, this was the response "all you have to do is send us a letter saying you no longer want us representing you. " No retention effort by the paralegal whatsoever. It was pretty comedic to be honest. When I called back, I did speak with someone in HR and they were very nice and convinced me to continue with the firm. I got a phone call back from the paralegal and she ended up starting an argument with about whether or not she called me back on Friday, which she did not. I told her I no longer wanted to talk to her and wanted to speak with the HR rep. I was transferred to the veteran rep and this person was just as rude, if not more rude than the paralegal. I will admit that I lost my cool at this time and used profanity, but at this point, who wouldn't? Do yourself a favor a stay away from these people.

From the moment we contacted this firm, we felt at ease with Stephanie Tyson assisting us. She was professional, prompt and emphatic. She is a wonderful communicator and kept us well informed and updated throughout the process leading up to the successful outcome of our case. Stephanie is truly a gem of an asset to Gordon & Doner and we can't thank her enough for all she did for us.

I would like to thank Cassandra Castellano who is an incredible lady and her Paralegal Carmen Monsanto, who have the client's best interest at heart 100% of the time to help me, for that I am very grateful. They were very knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure that I understood every step in the process of my case. You are the best, I would also like to acknowledge the other office staff. I would highly recommend this office.

ALL The bad reviews on the web about these people are absolutely true! They are a huge waste of time and unprofessional uncaring and unethical in my strongest opinion!!!!! They wasted a year of my life only to tell me at the end of the year and so much work and research I had to do on my own, tthey would not continue my case. My case would not give them a briefcase full of money to buy their toys and continue advertising all over town with, so they let me go, What a joke and complete waste of time stress and aggravation! In my opinion One of the attorneys, after I filed a complaint on the BBB website, actually posted in their public forum our private email conversations to try to make it appear they were in the right!!! they are not even affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, but thankfully BBB took it down! Be extremely cautious and look elsewhere when you need a good attorney that actually cares! In my opinion Also be sure to carefully look at the 5 star Google reviews (and other 5 star reviews elsewhere) coming from people that have reviewed businesses once or twice, I think we can all figure out where those are coming from! Look at other NON 5 star reviews in other places and you’ll see the real truth! In my opinion Honestly don’t waste your time and your sanity with Gordon and Doner and partners! You will, no doubt, regret it as well, and there is nothing worse to regret than having a traumatic injury and getting hooked with dishonest cheating attorneys! In my opinion

Gordon and Doner got me 0.00. I was rear ended sitting at a red light by a drunk driver, 5 months ago. I was 6 months pregnant at the time. After I got out of the hospital I contacted them right away, they supposedly were working on my case. Then today I get a letter from them saying they no longer can represent me, you think they could have told me sooner? Horrible law firm, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They were great settling my daughters case! I refer everyone I know that needs legal advice to them.

After signing & researching the case, they couldn't be honest about the real reason to discontinue. They made up some lame reason. The other lawyers I spoke to explained that it was do to cost of court vs award. That's understandable. I called & requested a 30 second phone call back. They couldn't be bothered. I can only conclude that their integrity is as good as the profit margin in a case.

After getting into an accident last year, and fearing the stress of insurance companies hassling me and what doctors to see; I went to Gordon and Doner. Dan Williams took my case and took all that stress away. He and his phenomenal staff handled all the details that I know I wouldn't have been able to deal with myself.
