For the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of working with Michael and Melissa on various cases. As the PIP department has grown, I have worked with two of the most pleasant and articulate individuals, Cherish and Kristen. Cherish goes above and beyond to accommodate me when it comes to scheduling any depositions and Kristen is able to assist me with any updates that I may need regarding cases. I can only see this relationship between myself and the PIP Department at Gordon and Doner growing.

I really can't overstate what a wonderful experience I have working with Gordon & Doner.Melissa Lewis, Michael SaintPaul, and Kristy Woody handle all of our Pip claims. They're incredibly professional and they genuinely invested in getting us the best possible outcome.I know how easy it can be to get overwhelmed when working on numerous cases, but I can honestly say I never felt like anything less than a priority at this firm. The communication was excellent and any questions I might have had were promptly and thoroughly answered. These guys know their stuff. They're always exceeding my expectations, and I have no doubt it was due to this incredible team who provides us with extremely competent representation. After stringing me along for several years on a personal injury claim that is a slam-dunk the best offer they could get was 7% offer on an already low claim. I insisted on a trial so they dropped my case. It is quite apparent that they are afraid of facing real lawyers in a courtroom. As a result, at this late date, it is too little time to find another lawyer, causing taxpayers to pick up my big medical expenses and I get nothing despite a permanent injuries. Run away quickly!

Gordon & Doner is without doubt a top-notch firm. My attorney was Scott Fischer and his assistant is Beth. I can't say enough about their professionalism, caring and communication. To start with, I have experience in the legal field, so I went in with more knowledge than the average person about how these cases work. Quite frankly, I wasn't sure I would have a case at all, but Scott listened to my concerns, and immediately got to work investigating. It's important to understand that during the investigative process, your attorney is taking all the risk - paying staff and contractors to research your case that may very well turn out to be worth nothing. So contrary to popular opinion, good attorneys will not take any case that walks in the door - they want to do their research - and that is the mark of a good and ethical firm. So that said, having seen cases drag on for years, I prepared myself for a long wait. To the contrary, my case was resolved in months, with the maximum settlement possible achieved. I should add that they could have billed more by extending the case, but did not do so - just one example of many I could give to demonstrate their integrity. I received consistent, clear and helpful updates on a regular basis, and both Scott and Beth responded quickly whenever I had questions. They also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot think of a single way that any aspect of my case could have been handled better, and I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to Gordon & Doner for representation. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the services I received. The Attorney Scott. Fisher was extremely RUDE he called me stupid and asked me if I understood plain English , simply because I had questions. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. Then when I asked for my complete file to go to a different attorney they wouldn't give me my entire file. WOW I feel Mr. Fisher is giving your firm a bad reputation.
