I am so grateful I came across Gordon and Partners and their staff. After 5 years of not getting anywhere with the VA and the frustration that comes along with it, I decided to have this firm represent my claims and appeals. They have worked diligently and have kept me inform along the way. For me, Gordon & Partners (G&P) means the world. They work on your behalf in a professional manner. The VA process takes forever, but my case was handled in an expeditiously time frame once G&P took my case. Most of the paperwork can be completed online, if you are a tech savvy person. The paralegals, Ronaldo Martinez & Isaray Martinez kept me up-to-date on the process. I know a lot of people are worried about cost, but G&P was very fair in regards to what they charged me for their guidance service. A fellow veteran recommended G&P after they helped him with his VA disability case. Please seek out G&P if you need a law firm that will fight on your behalf!

They called every day multiple times until we signed a contract, then radio silence. We filed claims, gathered documents and paperwork, did a ton of work and never heard from them. We got a 30% increase from 40%-70%. The VA wouldn't pay them because it was due to claims prior to them coming in to play. We got an email from them saying they tried calling us daily for a week and couldn't reach us (we got zero calls!) And now want to get paid for all the work we did!! I do not suggest them ever!

All glory to God for Gordon & Partners helping & assisting this old veteran with getting to 100% P&T with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) in April of 2021. Evaluated my daughters medical injuries and your lawyers response “because she didnt die you would not get much if anything” what a thing to say to a mom who just fought like crazy to save her daughters life. I am a nurse and was not looking for money I was trying to prevent using defunct treatment by her doctors so nobody else would suffer what she did. I dont know who is more distasteful the Dr’s who we’re supposed to “do no harm” or the lawyers who would not help to stop them ! Anyway im writing to ask you to not say that to another mother “because she didnt die” that phrase broke my heart.
