Many times during this past year,(that's how long it took from injury to settlement) Kim and especially Lisa kept my head in the game. There were times when I didn't quite know what was going on, and Lisa was there to explain everything. Getting to speak to Andy was a little difficult at times, but Lisa was able to speak to Andy directly, and answer most if not all my questions. I hope the firm realizes how much these ladies add to the whole package, somebody has to do the details, and they do it well

I'm a h2b worker I was at work when i got injured, lifting a heavy equipment, in 20 mins of the injury my shoulder and chest was in excruciating pain, i was shocked when the company assigned dr, told me to go back to work the following day in pain, and i was suffering. Even though they say i had a strain shoulder they give pain killers only, i was basically left in the dark. after weeks of still feeling the pain and been frustrated. Long story short i spoke to lisa and kim on my first call they were so nice to me. They assigned my very experience workers comp attorney Jeffrey Cohen and his assistant ljesidy Santana to represent me! i wouldn't have gotten any light on my injured situation and am glad they did and recognize my claim and i was able to make a settlement.
