Not really the type that leaves reviews but I had a curious interaction with Gordon and Partners. As a veteran, I was referred to this firm for help regarding my VA disability. One of the paralegals reached out to me and asked me a series of impersonal question such as my current rating and which disabilities I was currently rated for. There were no questions about why I felt I needed assistance from a law firm or anything about my situation. After she collected the information, she said she would send it to the team and if they chose to take my case, I would get the chance to talk with them. About an hour later, I received a call back from the paralegal and told me unfortunately they were declining to take on my case without a reason. Though they may help veterans, it seems to me that they’re only concerned with big payouts and cases they know will make them the most money. I find this practice to be rather unethical and predatory in nature.

I highly recommend using Gordon and Partners for your VA disability claim. Before using them I struggled with the paperwork and how to fill it out and file it. They got me to 40% and then 80% and now 90%. They are still working on getting me to the 100% which I'm confident they will do. They only collect if you get a rating so no upfront fees. It is well worth the minimal cost. I can now relax knowing they are taking good care of me and my case.

I haven’t used their services yet but based on word of mouth I’m anxious for Gordon & Partners to take over my disability case! Based off of intakes hospitality, responsiveness and sincerity I have nothing but faith in knowing they’re the better choice in choosing your next law firm. I want a shark laywer that will fight for 100% not just what they “think” you deserve. After comparing and contrasting other law firms their good reviews outweigh the bad. MAKE THEM YOUR CHOICE .

I reached out to Gordon and Partners because the VA and VES have been playing me against each other so my claim is in limbo. I haven’t been denied yet. I made that EXPLICITLY clear in the chat I had on their website and I wish I took screenshots but you never think that’s something you need to do in this situation. I get a call today from an intake person and tell her what’s going on, she puts me on hold, comes back and says they can’t help. I anticipated this and made it crystal clear that I hadn’t been denied yet and they still wasted my time and emotional energy. They’re a transactional ambulance chaser with poor quality control of who they delegate their chat response too. Thanks for making any already depressing situation even worse. For context, I’m a March ‘01 - June ‘05 OIF/OEF Vet. I waited almost 20 years to do this cuz I didn’t wanna be a moocher but once it reached the level that I can’t live even remotely close to a normal and functional life without getting shots in my back, I gave in and applied for disability. This process sucks, Gordon and Partners is in it for their 33% and they couldn’t care less about the veteran

To all of you who are struggling with finding someone who really cares about us Veterans please read this. After trying to navigate the VA system on my own for a year to get the disability benefits I deserved, I was recommended by a friend to Gordon & Partners. Eventually I was assigned to the team of Christian Nestor, Robert Gius and Imani Leflore. These three amazing Veteran Advocates worked like a Duck on a Lake. On the outside everything seemed peaceful and slow but believe me there was ALOT going on underneath the surface. If I had a rejection on a claim, they appealed, if there was a question it got answered. If I was feeling down I just called and they were there. There was no stone left unturned. It took two years but we finally managed to get to 100% YAY!!! From a Veteran who has been through the hard times in life and felt like there was nobody to count on, Please call my team at G&P, you will not be disappointed
