I just want to echo and give my kudos to an awesome job done for me by Gordon and Partners on getting me my VA disability benefits. To the attorneys Thomas Faragoi, Michael Hoffman and my paralegal Amanda Dominick my words can't express what you have done for my family and I and i already have been referring people to trust Gordon and Partners Law Firm for their legal needs. I remember speaking with Ms Amanda Dominick over the phone one day because i was apprehensive and out of kilter so to speak and i remember her exact words to me were "relax Mr. Weaver we are good at what we do" and i have repeated those words to my wife and others i know need legal help with VA and I can't say enough when they showed me they are REALLY good at what they do.... After years of back-and-forth claims and denials from the Veterans Administration to attempt to recover compensation for the numerous ailments brought on by Agent Orange, multiple deployments to Korea, Germany and southwest Asia, I was at a loss and had given up hope of receiving a fair evaluation and just compensation. I, like many before me, went the gamut of "assistants" who promised that their method of interacting with the VA was foolproof and I was "guaranteed XX% disability" ratings. These were usually up-front fee charlatans who produced no results other than a sheaf of paperwork. Then I was referred to >Gordon and Partners - For the Injured< by a firm I contacted after an internet search of specialists in VA Claims. I went through an initial screening interview, filled our several questionnaires, signed a contract (along with an attorney), and was accepted as a client. Almost immediately after signing the contract and speaking with Angelique Gonzalez the paralegal assigned to me for the case before us, I began receiving letters from the VA, setting up appointments for evaluations, letters of denial, etc. I was assured by Ms. Gonzalez that our case was "a process" and the firm would handle all that needed to be done - just make sure I kept them informed of VA Letters, etc. I soon noticed that a Mr. Hoffman was receiving copies of all the VA Letters also. This was a first for me, seeing a representative's name rather than just an organization, and reassuring, to say the least. Now after many months of the back-and-forth letters, denials, etc., I was granted a 100% disability rating with all the perks thereof. I'm confident that this would never have happened in my lifetime had it not been for Mr. Thomas Faragoi and Ms. Angelique Gonzalez of Gordon and Partners. Sure, I was apprehensive about the process and the time it took, but then I was assured that all was well and to remember we were working with a government agency. I actually had someone "standing beside me" in the fight. I can say nothing but good things about this firm and the people in it. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all veterans who are embroiled in the VA claims/compensation process.

My husband has been trying to get a 100% disabled rating from the VA since 2007 when SS gave his total disability. It has been a nightmare, especially since we are in our 70's now. Gordon and Partners agreed to help us with this and we finally got results in 2021. We worked with Heather Hartley, who was always positively responsive, always eager to listen and always professional. It wasn't easy, but she never gave up and was always positive. I feel like Heather is family now, even though we've never met. She deserves a raise and recognition for her dedication, excellent customer service and fantastic attitude.
