You guys need to read up on your tenant laws if you made payment and have it in writing then the eviction needs to come off. Contact and file an complaint with the consumer protection bureau as well as file a dispute with all 3 credit bureaus

Garbage law firm

Contacted me directly when I was represented by an attorney this is against the rules set by the bar in every state! Get a clue!

I never leave bad reviews. However, this law firm is trying to evict a friend. She is a single lady that has responded promptly with her court paperwork and is completely caught up on her rent and fees; however, this firm continues to go after my friend for a default judgement of eviction. It's like they didn't even check the payments at the clerk or the filed paperwork. Or maybe that doesn't even matter ? Did you go to law school to help people? Do you even understand your actions have consequences? It is so sad that this a reality for some people that need help. The last thing people need in a bad situation is to have lawyers continue to come after them! We need lawyers in our society but what we need more is people with hearts and to show kindness.

They processed an eviction that was not legal , and would not respond to my calls , emails or proof of payment. They continued on with the eviction even after the apartment complex cashed the check , which still makes renting difficult for me today. 5 years later . They sent a single hardworking mom and two kids to the street . Their client and they should be liable for the damage they have caused to our lives. Thanks again !

Incredible how they are still in business. This is the epitome of what gives law firms and lawyers a bad name . Please do your due diligence before hiring this firm . I read some of the reviews and fell prey to the fake reviews, surly posted by people they had never represented.

Received several poorly written demand letters from this firm. I think AI could have done a better job based on what I've reviewed thus far. I assume my landlord must have hired a cut-rate real estate firm.

Terrible experience. I would never want to use this team for legal help. Incredibly rude gentleman answered the phone. He was unpleasant and short. I called their main number to ask a few questions. Our Homeowners Association needs representation so I called to inquire. After less than 2 minutes I didn’t like the person that answered the phone. He was rude and gave very short answers that did not answer my questions. I got frustrated and hung up. We went with another attorney.. one with a 4.5 rating
