After an accidental fall and injury to my shoulder at my place of work, I contacted a local attorney who in turn referred me to Franks & Koenig. Judd Koenig and his Paralegal, Kim, helped and guided me for over a year until my case was resolved. Two surgeries, countless phone calls and emails, ALL were ultimately necessary in order to bring my case to a satisfactory close. And I must give a HUGE shout out to Marta up at the front office reception area! She greeted me warmly with a smile every time I stopped by to drop paperwork, etc. Marta, you're awesome! 5 stars for best law firm you want fighting on your side the corrupt system of workers compensation. In a system that employers, insurance, and Drs are all looking to get you the least amount of money this law firm stands by their clients. I had gone to a highly advertised law firm that has the same initials as M&Ms and let me tell you they had zero concern for my interests. Thankfully I was referred to this firm from my personal injury attorney. Judd went above and beyond as an attorney and made you feel like family. He and Kim made sure I was in the loop on everything going on. They settled my case for twice as much as the other so called law firm was going to settle even if it took a little longer. Thank you Judd and your team for all your hard work and really bringing stress relief and calmness to my family and I and getting us what we could get and deserved under the corruption of workers compensation.

My then employer was not responding to me as my injury left me not able to do my job,,I chose this office because I felt comfortable after speaking with staff and I was made to feel important, I am pleased with the professional staff and how I was treated , and the final outcome of my personal case ,if u want personal case response this office is the way to go ,they explained all matters clearly to me
