In the summer of 2022 I had an incident with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission. I unknowingly violated a few regulations. Mr. Sando was excellent in my case even before I retained his services. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me explaining my situation and informing of the policies and what I may be up against. He is very knowledgeable in this realm of the law and advised me through my circumstances. He told me from day one that he would see this through and even after I had completed my minimal sentence, thanks to Mr. Sando, he checked in on my case and found that the court had not given me the proper paperwork to show that I had completed my minimum sentence. Mr. Sando quickly saw this through and obtained the needed paperwork for me to ensure that I had completed my sentence and was done with this matter for good. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in need of legal defense. Especially in the realm of fish and wildlife.

I am European and I went on vacation to the Florida Keys for my first time and I didn ‘t know anything about fishing rules . I was enjoying my vacation in a beautiful resort on the beach , doing snorkeling I realized to be surrounded by hundreds lobsters , very easy to catch . I was feeling like a kid and I caught a few of them, someone saw me and called the wildlife police , I was charged with 6 counts and all the local lawyers told me to be ready to spend at least one week in jail and I didn ‘t have any criminal records . Fortunately I met Andrew Sando ! He has been like an old friend since the beginning , always polite , available and professional . His defense was super aggressive and he was able to remove 4 charges , getting a Withold adjudication on the other 2 . The result : no conviction ! My best lawyer ever ! It ‘ll be Unforgettable what he did for me . I learned how in this country you can be in trouble also for very little things , whatever happens I know to count on Mr Andrew Sando , he will fight for you like an older brother , thank you again for your amazing job !

I was an anxious mess when my boyfriend was arrested due to a suspended license amongst other things which we weren’t aware of at the time. Well what was a great day offshore fishing . Turned into a royal pain in the a&$. As we got to the dock. We were stopped by an FWC officer. Who proceeded to check our fish and license. We complied and had a few issues as the officer would state. 1st. Told me that a lifetime lic on my driver lic meant nothing to him , I needed the hard card. And then proceeded to attempt to measure my catch told me one was under size by almost an inch. Anglers do your home work. As I did and I tried to state the facts to the officer but he wasn’t having it. So I bite my tongue and went home with the tickets. I then called my now and forever attorney Andrew Sando As we talked on the phone , tell as much as you can, and don’t make up a story to better yourself . The more facts your attorney has the better off you are. As he went through the investigation, he was able to see and hear the officer and my self speaking. As it all came to light Mr.Sando was able to have all charges dropped due to insufficient policing by the FWC officer not knowing the laws he’s supposed to enforce. 1.A marlin on the back of a driver lic is a lifetime saltwater lic 2. Red grouper to properly measure place the bottom lip to the edge of the ruler and “pinch the tail” this will give the full measurements of the catch. Thank you Andrew for all that you have done for me !

Drew was awesome. Great guy. Very personable and a hell of an attourney. My case definitely wasn’t an easy one and Drew got it cleared within a couple weeks of hiring him. Will continue using him the rest of my life if anything else ever happens to occur again. He was very professional about everything. Great guy. 10/10 recommend for any of your legal issues.
