Robyn is terrific! I cannot say enough positive things about her. From start to finish she was a pleasure to work with. She clearly explained every step in the process. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She was very fair with the billing, and delegated many tasks to her wonderful paralegals. I never felt concerned or confused with any of her billing statements. She was worth every penny I spent. She helped me get a very fair settlement. I don't wish for anyone to go through a divorce, but anyone who is should hire Robyn. She is the best!

I first came to Robyn's office when contemplating my divorce. She provided me with a clear outline of what to expect and what was to come during the consultation. Once hired, she guided me through the entire process and was so helpful. Honestly, I feel like I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Working with Robyn and her staff made going through an uncomfortable and upsetting time more bearable. They treated me like family and responded quickly with all the answers and comfort I needed. It took a while for my divorce to be finalized but Robyn made sure that I received what I deserved. She makes reasonable and practical recommendations, such as trying a second Mediation attempt that will help in finalizing the divorce. Settling by mediation saved money and having to go to court. Every step taken, Robyn made sure she had my approval. In addition, her support staff are so welcoming and comforting. I mostly worked with Barbara. Talking with Barbara is like talking with a best friend. She empathizes and sympathizes with you. She is also readily available to answer questions or concerns or forwards them immediately to Robyn. I never plan to marry again, much less divorce but if I did, I’d choose Robyn Weiss as my Attorney.

My first interaction was with Barbara her paralegal, Barbara was understanding patient and made me feel at home, After speaking with Robyn she was very professional and made me feel like I was not alone and she had my back 100%. I have been her client for 5.5 years. A attorney full of Sass and Strength. A Strategic attorney where every word ( written or said aloud) was thoughtfully processed. Family Law/ Criminal law… double edge sword!!! She isn’t afraid to do battle. But what she does teach you ( when you follow her advice) … how to win the war!!!

Robyn and her staff are outstanding. Robyn represented me in my divorce. She is very knowledgable and experienced in this area. She did an excellent job of explaining to me what the realistic outcomes of my divorce would be. She listened to my priorities and was able to settle the divorce through meditation. The settlement agreement achieved all of my priorities and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Robyn's fees were very reasonable and it was clear throughout the process that she was doing everything that she could to keep my costs down. Robyn was honest and ethical and I appreciated that she would tell me if something that I proposed was unrealistic and advise me that pursuing it would be expensive and unlikely to succeed. It was clear that she was putting my best interest first and providing sound advice that would protect me even though it meant less revenue for her. Furthermore, her ability to settle the case in mediation saved me significant amounts of time and money, avoided the additional stress of a trial and led to a satisfactory outcome that would have been unlikely to achieve had the case gone to court. Going through a divorce is very stressful but the stress of my divorce was greatly reduced by Robyn and her staff (Roseann and Barbara). I am grateful for all that Robyn and her team did for me and highly recommend her.

I hired Robyn for my divorce in 2019 which went fairly smoothly but then I had to rehire the practice again for a more complex of unwanted modification of alimony case. Robyn handled everything with care and knowledge and catching and preserving me from many issues that would have arisen later if it wasn’t for her tenacity. The fact also that she has an insight of family Law helped me to deal with issues that a mere divorce lawyer would not have been handling as strongly as she did. She went step by step by any document and explained every step of the process carefully with extreme care. She is that kind of Lawyer that your best friend would recommend to you and you would to the same. The rest of her stuff in the practice is very compassionate and kind with a lot of patience with individuals and families going through a very emotional and stressful situation. I want to add also that as a woman I felt understood and advocated at the maximum.
