I hired Ms. Allison to represent me for a feeling case after speaking to her I felt that she understood me. At the beginning everything was great, I paid the retainer fees and roughly a week later communication with her became impossible. When I finally get in touch with her she would forgets important key information about my case, I ended up dealing with dcf alone as regard to getting my child back. Fast forward to court date, the first one she missed. No calls no shows. The judge reschedule once again no shows. Strangely each time we have court dates she would disappear and claimed to have been in the hospital. I tried firing her but she pleaded with me not to, being young and dumb I retracted my statement and allowed her to continue to represent me. Thankfully the state didn't have much to go on with, they offered me to classes and they will close the case... great I accepted however she had to sign the papers stating that we agreed once again she's a no-show, no calls. The case dragged on for another 2 months at this point the judge is getting frustrated with us and turned around and asked "if I wanted a public defender" I accepted and we signed papers and closed it. Ms. Allison failed to do her job as an attorney, the moment she got the money everything changes. She's careless and negligent. I wouldn't recommend her for nothing. I even filed a complaint with the board, this woman have zero business in the courtroom or practicing law.

Mrs. Allison Kelliher did an excellent job representing me in a very serious criminal case where I was facing a significant amount of prison time. Allison's excellent legal work together with the obvious respect the Judge and Prosecutor had for her unquestionably led to my very positive legal outcome. Allison is transparent, diligent, responsive, and very eloquent in court. I am very happy with my decision to hire her.

Never answers texts/calls when you need questions answered especially when you call so many times. Not sure if she really even cares

When I had my first and only criminal charge, Mrs. Allison Kelliher came highly recommended by a friend. I had my Florida Department of Education professional certificate on the line if the criminal misdemeanor charge was not dismissed. Allison was able to get the charge dismissed before my teaching certificate was up for renewal. I had no issues or consequences renewing my certificate as the administrative complaint was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice by the Commissioner of Education. I was impressed with her professionalism with me as a client. Specifically, Allison would be waiting for me at the lobby of the Delray Beach Courthouse on the dates of my court appearances to ensure that I was fully briefed before heading into the proceeding. Abandoned me and my criminal case after I paid her retainer and made excuses after excuses, never answered any calls or emails or formal postal mailed letter. Didn’t show up to court 6 times that’s 6 months and my case was dragged on for over 4 years because of her unprofessionalism

I retained Allison Kelliher for a misdemeanor case that went back to the county court’s jurisdiction after an appeal. Allison was extremely communicative through every court appearance and made me aware of my options. Allison negotiated with the State Attorney’s Office to nolle prosequi (dismiss) the charges. I am now eligible to get the case expunged and move on with my life!

She didn't return my car titles and kept making excuses. Didn't return calls from my new attorney who wanted my case information. She did not return the balance of the retainer.

There are hundreds of lawyers in the Tri-County area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and I’m sure they know how to win cases in their clients’ favor. But I don’t think that all lawyers have the knowledge, caring-nature, determination and drive to succeed on all cylinders for their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend Allison Kelliher. She treated me with respect and I felt like I was much more than a case number. She was easy to communicate with and had my back every step of the way. My retainer was well earned and I have Allison on speed dial. My friends and colleagues have been referred to her for their legal matters.

Allison is an amazing lawyer, who helped me get child support after years of struggling as a working single mother. Dealing with my ex was difficult for me, but she was there every step of the way. I was so nervous when my ex contested the case and we had to attend a hearing. Allison was very professional and really put me at ease that day. She also became my voice and made sure that I still got the money I needed to help financially support my son. I would highly recommend her because, not only is she driven and passionate about her work, but she also respects and cares about her clients.
