When my daughter's father filed suit for primary custody, I was very nervous and fearful. After speaking with a few attorneys, I felt no more comfortable about the situation than I did from the start. I was referred to Michael Rebuck by a trusted family friend and on the first phone call he advised me on handling a situation that every other attorney told me I could do nothing about it right away. The next day I followed Mr. Rebuck's advice and the situation was resolved the next morning. I immediately felt hopeful and soon after I officially retained Mr. Rebuck to represent me in this case. When I left his office that day, I felt very relieved knowing that I wasn't alone in this and I was 100% confident that I made the right decision. Michael Rebuck is very assertive and aggressive. Exactly what I needed on my side against a bully. I never had a problem getting in touch with Mr. Rebuck, if he wasn't available, he returned my phone calls promptly. Mr. Rebuck and his Assistant Christina were very easy to deal with and didn't ever make me feel like I was just a paycheck. I've honestly never seen an attorney so dedicated. I had a on going custody battle for almost 2 years slammed with child support by the DOR which was not accurate and dealing with stress and threats....than I spoke to Michael and he got all the details from me and filed for a mediation date and boom!!! A month later I had a date and time....he did a excellent job at mediation and got me everything I was asking for including making sure I understood everything I needed to, along with keeping the peace between me and my ex as well as recommended a mutual agreement with me and my ex that still Benefited me at the end of the day....I would recommend him to anybody and have already did so...Worth every penny.....thank you Michael Rebuck...
