I was recommended to Michael Rebuck from a friend who had used his services in the past. From the first meeting, I knew he was the right choice to handle my divorce. He was compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable about family law. Michael is not your typical lawyer looking to nickel and dime you like most law firms. His prices were fair and he didn’t charge me for every phone call or email. He even answered my call on a Saturday night at 8pm while he was vacationing out of state with family. This man is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and good at what he does. He took the time to understand whats at stake for my family and fought for our child custody expectations. I feel like he was able to get me the best child custody arrangement possible in my specific circumstances - and please note my case is complex and high conflict - and the other party is a fan of contentious litigation. I fought for every penny in my divorce . During arbitration he said he was sick & never said a damn thing. My ex’s lawyer wiped the floor with him. I had to negotiate my payments plus he never received my ex’s financial till that day and never recommend we delay to review the arbitration . Thankfully I was able to argue for more money on my alimony . He had no idea about co mingling inheritance also.
